This initial diagnostic is offered at a standard flat‐rate fee, outlined in our service agreement. Upon your review and signature of the agreement, we begin the intake process.

The primary objective of this diagnostic is to shine a light on underlying operational factors and provide

suggestions for strategic decision‐making to adjust and improve the situation.

Because sustainable operational health is an ongoing evolution, the final outcome naturally serves as a bridge

to further association. Should the evaluation reveal challenges that require further attention, additional

 support is available.
